Ginger is renowned for its medicinal properties, offering anti-cancer, antiviral, and antibacterial benefits, enhancing strength and energy, acting as an aphrodisiac, promoting digestion, alleviating nausea, and supporting pain relief for joint and injury-related discomfort.

Turmeric

Turmeric, or Curcuma longa, is a powerful antioxidant spice renowned for its blood-thinning properties, joint pain relief, liver and gallbladder cleansing, and long-standing use in Asian and Indian medicine.

Combava

Combava, also known as combawa or kaffir lime, is a citrus fruit native to the Sunda archipelago with a distinctive grainy texture and vibrant green to yellow color, used in zest, powder, and leaves to enhance dishes and provide health benefits.

Combava, rich in vitamin C, offers potent anti-inflammatory and antioxidant benefits, with its essential oil acting as a natural antiviral, relieving rheumatic and muscular pain, stimulating the body, reducing stress, and aiding in the fight against cellulite by enhancing circulation.

Salt

Salt, composed mainly of sodium chloride, enhances food flavor and preservation, sourced from seawater evaporation or underground deposits, and comes in various forms like fine table salt, coarse salt, and crystals.


Benefits:

Salt is essential for hydration and providing minerals, but excessive intake can lead to health issues like high blood pressure; it's advisable to monitor consumption and choose products with reduced or no added salt to stay within the recommended daily limit of 2 grams.

Camphor
